A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of placing your order. Your remaining balance will be due upon completion before your goods are dispatched.

I can accept payment by cheque, made payable to Suzies Invites.

In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work must be paid for if it exceeds the deposit.

Proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. Suzies Invites cannot be held responsible for any errors after the proofs have been approved by the client.

Please bear in mind generally invitations go out six weeks before the date of the wedding so you need to look at ordering your invitations at least 3-4 months before the wedding.

Please allow eight weeks for completion of your order from the time i receive your proofs and deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

Suzies Invites will produce a sample made to your specifications, which will be sent to you with a full quotation.

To confirm your booking please sign and return with the 50% deposit.

The Order of Service may need to be checked by the person conducting your wedding ceremony. If so, please allow sufficient time for their approval of the sample.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid variation, items are handcrafted may vary slightly.

All goods are subject to availability and Suzies Invites reserve the right to change designs and prices if this becomes necessary. The client will therefore be informed if any changes are made to their order.

Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your invoice. For orders sent in several batches separate charges will apply.

Once the order has been sent Suzies Invites will accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
